(NYSE: KDMN) (“Kadmon”) today announced its intention to offer and sell shares of its common stock in a public offering pursuant to its existing shelf registration statement. Kadmon also intends to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 15% of the shares of its common stock offered in the public offering on the same terms and conditions.
